Why are we different at Panetière?
Our DNA as hotel consultants.
We bring to our owners the deep bench of people power – 25 are on the team, with a mélange of insider and outsider résumés that promote alternative strategies and actions.
As “fix-it” consultants who are brought in to build and then manage sales and marketing for other management companies and owners, our DNA is to find and grab revenue opportunities. Not to plan and wait.
We create and fix F&B – that too is in our DNA. Starting from a record breaking 5 star restaurant and running through catering, food service and event production. We are not afraid to touch the third rail of F&B.
We have our own marketing team. We are e-commerce tacticians. We do this in-house.
“Surprise and delight” is our life blood. One of the team was a theater producer and director who will look for the ways to animate, to bring emotional joy to the property’s guests, to its “audience”. We conceive and install programming animation, craft visual and aural impact points - points of emotional light that tell the story, that “surprise and delight”.
Training and mentoring – education – that for us is the future of the properties. We bring training and mentoring for sales, guest services, reservations, front desk, and revenue optimization.
Dirty work? We are not afraid to do it. We’ll lead the clean-up parties – housekeeping, grounds, rooms, file cabinets – we’ve done it all.
